Hot Wonky Crossed Buns

Another day ill, confirming not going for the ride was a good idea. So just a little bit of time doing stuff in the garden, a run to do a couple of things in the car, and then some baking. The hot cross buns have come out pretty well (even if the crosses haven't...)

And other than that very little happened today, so I've got some of the website done, since the latest issue of the 'magazine' is due online just 5 days after we get back from Copenhagen (roll on Thursday!), so a little forward planning being indulged in. As well as starting a concerted effort to start getting paid for some writing.
