What a nice....

....Sunday.

Even though I was up in the middle of the night with the Orla and got little sleep I still managed to get out on my pushbike.

Bang on 50 miles over Clent and the surrounding area.

I'm still on the small wheeled, winter, scrap machine but this may change next week.

Perfect cycling weather, not too hot and just a little breeze

After my ride I intended to work on the garden, but after the hilly miles and lack of sleep in the night, I had a shower and a little siesta with Orla while mommy baked. It did me the world of good and woke up in time for dinner.
