Sunny Monday

I woke up early and was logged on to work just after 5:30.  It's a glorious feeling logging off at 2 knowing that your flex balance just went up.

After 8 weeks of relative isolation (I have cats & G for company), I finally met up with my chum for a Monday walk.  He drove up here which meant I avoided going into town on the Bus.

It was good to wander and chat.  I was glad I was wearing a hat though, it's hot out there.

Implemented two small projects this morning.  One of which could have affected every project on the mainframe.  But my testing was thorough and there wasn't a single phone call.

A large sigh of relief from me.
