Primula halleri, it's lonely flower fluttering in the breeze, as it's flowers were when I encountered them in the mountains around Saas Fee a few years ago.

You guessed it - more cleaning!   Contact with plumber and electrician although promised call from the latter failed to materialize tonight.  There will be progress eventually!
