Mono Dandelion

I was surprised to see this puffy intruder in the grass this morning.  The color shot never quite seemed satisfying to me so here it is in B&W.  I have spent a lot of my time at home this spring doing yard work.  Part of that time has been spent methodically going after intrusive weeds like the dandelions.  This one met its demise soon after I took the pic.  I've also been hard at work removing some ground cover that has become a nuisance. So far, so good, but there's so much more to go..... Got a lot done around the house today tho, including an inaugural swim in the pool!
