Olive & herb sourdough

Lots of people have been talking about making olive & herb bread and it sounded like a great idea so I've given it a spin. I baked this yesterday (see the extra) and cut it today. It's got oodles of oregano and rosemary and parsley and is very tasty. I have some tomatoes to use up so I'm going to make some bruschetta with tomato later - it'll go well with a glass of wine
