Decisions....

My fruit and vegetable box arrived today. A good selection but they did put in some quite large onion and a huge aubergine. I have placed it in a pasta bowl to try and show the size. I made ratatouille last time and froze it, so have been perusing different recipes . Might go for a aubergine dip or aubergine parmigiana. I’ll make final decision tomorrow.
