Shy flower

A few days ago Mrs E bought some lovely cut flowers, and they looked stunning, but I didn't take any pictures. It was a 'there will be time later' moment. 
The light was beautiful this afternoon but they have just gone past their best, and this particular flower seemed to be trying to cover up. Very anthropomorphic, but none of us like to be seen when we're not feeling our best.
