2021 Christmas Tree?

Another poor weather day but still got loads done.
Quick trip down to the post office to post an urgent letter and pick up ice-cream (which was also getting urgent). During lockdown, the local hotel has really stepped up to increase their stock in their wee shop and organises deliveries from local suppliers. It now supplies icecream from Gigha which is delicious but we also get butchers meat from Rothesay. The hotel is also doing takeaways at the weekend too but we've not had a chance to sample yet.
A few admin tasks sorted for the village hall and resilience group. The hall has been closed since lockdown but we need to start to plan how we might re-open and how we will cope without the funds which we'd normally be raising with events which have been cancelled.
Then onto some baking, a marmalade & sultana traybake was chosen and I may just have a slice with a cuppa for a late night treat.
Cooper and I walked up into the forrest where the air was still & midgie. Loads of flowering gorse around, smelling fab, but I also noticed lots of new growth on the pine trees. Lovely soft bristles will soon develop into something more jaggy,
Thanks for stopping by and to wrperry for hosting the tiny Tuesday challenge.
