Super Trooper

The rose we bought in memory of my Dad bloomed today!  We dug it out the garden in the Autumn and put it in a pot, I'm delighted that its thriving unlike mum's mature lavender plants we dug up, they didn't survive the winter which saddens me greatly,  I do at least have some lavender in an oat pillow which softens the loss.
