Inside a crunchie

Cinder toffee is something I have only come to learn of since moving to the UK. Even more exciting is when I discovered that it’s basically what’s on the inside of a Crunchie (and not the oat kind, although thats called a flapjack, but to me a flapjack in like a pancake which is apparently called a crepe). Anyway, after learning how easy it is to make I made a small batch which didn’t last very long :)
