Miners Statue, Hanbury Square, Bargoed, South Wales (UK)

Stands in Hanbury Square in the heart of Bargoed, Caerphilly Borough, Wales.  It was unveiled in December 2013, part of a £8million regeneartion scheme in the town.


A striking sculpture featuring three miners, standing almost four metres tall, 'Miners Heads' designed by artist Malcolm Robertson forms a bold interpretation of three miners, joined together to signify brotherhood.
