Flip off

That's better. A bit of bashing a badminton shuttlecock around a court with some neeburs of an evening gets rid of the ranty crabbitness that's been building up of late.

On top of that, there was something almost medicinal about getting away from the computer today and doodling the same thing repeatedly dozens of times (but with tiny changes) on small bits of card, then piling them all together in sequence and flipping through them to see a tiny little animation unfold. Even the feel and the noise of the card flipping against your finger's therapeutic.

Now I'm going to colour them all in and try not to go outside the lines. It's probably going to take hours. Bliss.

On top of all that, that's the arse end of January receding into the distance. Good riddance you big drawn out, dark, dismal, plooky puss-filled boil of a blot on the calendar.
