Behind the Wire

I went out for a drive today, for the first time in more than nine weeks! It felt rather strange. I didn’t go far, just a few kilometres. Hoping for a nice shot of the mountains I drove to a favourite place, but was disappointed that the air was not clear, producing a fuzzy view. Still, you can see that there are only a few threads of snow on Mount Torlesse. (See extra). This is normal for May.

On the other side of the road were these deer behind their high netting fence. They seemed to be as interested in me as I was in them. There was a ditch in the way so I couldn’t poke the lens though the fence.
