Day 8: Alert Level 2. The Lake

As a country we are getting used to being in Alert Level 2. And for the fourth straight day we have not had any new cases of Covid19. I hope things continue to go well. This morning we drove out of town to friends’ vineyard. It is a lovely property with two small lakes adding to the beauty. Their house looks over the lake shown here. They also have a huge crop of Feijoas and we returned home with several buckets of them....Some of the fruit will be turned into chutney and jam.
