Sticker timez

There are loads of these little round face jobbies around Birmingham, I would love to know who's behind it because they are very prolific. They are great little waymarkers in the city. Apologies for the noise, but it was late, dark, and I was desperate. I'm sure if I had more time/cared more I could do something about it.
