Baking

No bread and no cake in the house, so it was destinedtto be a baking day!  Thanks to a bit of bartering with eggs, I now have self raising flour so made some lemon and almond muffins. We are very lucky with our neighbours!

Yes, a muffin tin does usually have twelve holes. Yes, there were twelve, but they really are best eaten while still warm!!
