Something a little different...

... from my usual blip subjects. I was looking for a picture with shades of just a single colour. I settled on this green shot from my walk in the pine woods.

My extra is another shot from the pine woods - it made me wonder how the cone had got into that hole on the side of the branch. Was it blown in (because it couldn't just drop in there) or did it get help from perhaps a squirrel - or a mere human? We will never know.
