Watching these performances back to back brought week 10 of being confined to campus to a satisfying close this evening, along with video chat with Graham and most importantly, beer delivery courtesy of kind neighbors - enough to get through yet another long weekend national lockdown.  The next four days sees the end of Ramadan with Şeker Bayram, usually a time of extended family celebration.  

Both performances tonight were extraordinary, I've never seen either before, and I would love the opportunity to chat about them, but for that, I have to wait, and for now am content for the opportunity to fill my hours and eyes and ears with such stuff. In fact, Anastasia was streamed last Friday night, but tonight was the first time inclination coincided with opportunity after a long and busy day online.
