no mask.....

I was out walking this afternoon and on my way back , the guy who works in my neighbours yard was burning rubbish....he is a lovely young guy and does a wonderful job in keeping the yard clean, but I do not like the burning part.  Unfortunately as we pay for our rubbish collection, many people burn rather than pay!
