White Horse Hill in Oxfordshire

A day for a trip so we went to White horse Hill and had a good walk. Lots of folk out but all well behaved as far as distancing. The main car park was open and and additional overspill carpark also opened during the morning.

Once the sun came out we had wonderful views in all directions from the top of the hill. However, as it says on one of the websites "Dated to about 1400 BC, this mysterious figure is carved into a chalk hillside just below an Iron Age hill fort and can only be seen in its entirety by air." A drone is needed!
