bringing the outdoors in...

to save some of the peonies from the wind yesterday I cut some to put in vases indoors so at least they've been saved from being battered! Thankfully the rest of the garden didn't suffer too much - we just need more rain as I'm getting bored of watering everything daily now!

Sunshine and cloud today - perfect garden pottering weather so we did some more pruning, caught up with some paperwork and ignored the housework once more!! I'm getting very good at that!! It's not as if anyone is going to come round and visit..... LOL!
