Paths and woods

These paths and woods have kept us going! Nature has ministered to us & generously shared its life & energy with us daily!

Sunday - a mixture of work & play as once a month I dip in and support the teaching group. Only one more session left though! The year is whizzing by.

At 6pm, my yoga teacher demonstrated an Ayurvedic facial massage via the gym page on Facebook. It was lovely! Im really missing the gym & pool now. We then prepared a fab roast veg couscous dish.

Twitter was awash with incensed people, outraged at Dominic Cummings...then the next twist came along: the rogue post on the UK Civil Service tweet...which got taken down by the government ...which was then responded to by J K Rowling ...and so it went on! What a mess we are in.
