I tried the 5:2 way of eating several years ago when I lived in Spain, but with my ex husband continuing with normal eating it was too awkward and I gave up. Today I've started again and am hoping it'll be easier. 

I chose to have half of my calories for breakfast and this is lunch. It's pretty much the same as usual actually, but missing the protein element and a slice of bread. 

Edit: I didn't realise it was a significant blip day. Thanks to all of you for still popping round even though I'm rubbish at doing the same!
