Walked along the canal first thing. Lovely morning and nice and quiet.

Gardening all morning and some sultana scones made.

Called in on Joyce and delivered a plant to another friend on our round the block lunchtime walk while John continued painting.

Another walk tonight and FaceTimes with all the family. A good way to end a busy day.
