Common Spotted Orchid

Lockdown day 64.

We went back for a walk at the Fulbourn Fen Nature Reserve to take some photographs of the orchids.

I can't remember seeing another place where so many were growing so close together... Despite the very dry weather lately the ground was very wet and muddy, got a bit of a telling off from Margaret and had to walk back to the car with very dirty knees...
