Love for nature

On one of my regular woodland walks I have been photographing dead trees. Not that I like the idea of trees dying, but they can be wonderfully dramatic in the midst of all that fresh green life.

You might expect more debris, but the wood is well maintained. Some clearing had been done, and logging was in progress. Someone had left it overnight for completion later. Clearly they love their work, or maybe somebody special. 

Hence the cheesy title. Sorry about that.
