Summer Rolls

All anyone at work could talk about today was food. We are going for sushi for lunch tomorrow and everyone was picking their rolls or asking questions.

One guy and I were talking about summer rolls so much I came home and made them. It was a great dinner.

After dinner I went to the store to buy things to make a dip for our "Super Bowl Celebration Snack Day" at work. I chopped 12 jalapeños and cooked a pound of bacon for this dip. Now my fingertips on one hand are burning. I may not have had gloves to cut that many jalapeños but at least I was smart enough to limited the contact to one hand.

I hope I don't rub my eyes in the middle of the night.
