Impressionistic Poppy

I had a difficult day - it feels as if someone beat me up during the night.  I could barely get out of bed this morning.  It has eased up thanks to painkillers but I don't think there will much more activity from me today other than going to bed.

Obviously I managed to get out for a walk but apart from that  I really could have done with staying in bed.
