The many, many miscelaneas that dot Zihuatanejo are more than just a neighborhood convenience store. Each carries products specific the needs of their local population, though it seems like the all carry, and heavily promote, Coca-Cola. A large number of them fill the role of local gathering spot, a place to catch up on the news of the day as these two women were doing this morning.
