Andy, Diver.

Out on the workboat lifting a couple of sinkers, including my own. We then ferried them over to the slip, where they can be worked on at low tide - we're responsible for our own moorings, y'see, but George has set out the standard. We shall have 3.5m of 20mm chain shackled through the sinker to a cross and 8 metres of 12.5mm chain to the yellow buoy.
I suppose the two bits of chain will need joined together - I better go ask someone who knows.
[Here's Andy who enjoys a bit of diving - he's always volunteering to get down to inspect sinkers that can't be lifted for whatever reason. Each to his own.]
