Across the great divide

Today we headed not only across the Tummel but across the A9 and headed up the hills opposite us on the Clunie Walk which gives great views back down to Pitlochry and further afield.

We took a bit a detour to visit some standing stones (but they didn't take us back in time) and also explored the new Foss Mine Road which is being built.  Construction has halted but looks like it will be resuming shortly as we spotted a few cars on it.

We watched National Theatre/Young Vic's A Street Car Named Desire which we both really enjoyed. Powerful drama and performances which drew you in, we both soon forgot we were watching a film of a stage play. Did make me miss the actual theatre though.

We will move from Lockdown tp Phase 1 of the map out tomorrow - it will be interesting to see what impact that has on the town. More visitors I expect.

We also finished our latest jigsaw - it was hard, especially the blue sky.
