Husband wanted a healthy piece of meat ie Polish Mielony (hamburger steak or mince patty) so I made one just the one he wanted.
Served with sautéed garlic broccoli steams and yummy greek yogurt with fresh mint and pressed garlic.
With obligatory glass of red for sure.
