Grumpy and stupid

I met a grumpy and family distancing cat by the river today.  (I recognize that cat).
Extra: It is amazing how many men work without personal fall protection equipment (as required by law) high up on a roof. These men are stupid or or believe themselves to be immortal. I think the first one.
