Productive morning, including this very easy bread recipe passed on by a neighbour. Makes a plain white fluffy loaf, but I’m sure I could mix it up a bit with some more interesting flour next time. And leave the lid off for the last bit to get a more crunchy top.

Work was motoring along steadily, then suddenly a mad rush of URGENT things.  Curry for dinner, and This House at the National Theatre.
