Evening walk.

Warm day. We stayed mainly around the house or garden (often under the parasol). Little neighbourhood noise. We read a bit. And talked over news received yesterday; a close friend has had surgery recently, starts post operative treatment today, and will be shielding from now until Christmas.

We’d lunch and dinner in the garden. And soft drinks and coffee in between!

Family FaceTime we discussed how the relaxation of lockdown had been in their area. And arranged to have a cup of tea in their garden tomorrow, following the guidelines restated by the First Minister today. It’s up to us as a population to do our bit now.

Evening walk through the woods and generally oot n aboot. The nettles have grown in the field at the bottom of the woods. With shorts on it was a wee bit of a challenge. But we survived.
