Then and Now - Edinburgh!

My Dad has been sorting through some more of my Grandfather's photos as a lockdown project. You might remember my Then and Now photos, taking the modern view of photos my Grandfather took during the years he lived in London. I didn't manage to finish before I left London. But my Grandfather lived in Edinburgh before he went to London and my Grandmother lived here until they got married. My Dad found photos of Edinburgh. So Then and Now continues!

Princes Street and the Old Town from Calton Hill. Photo on the left is from about 1934 - soon after Grandpa moved back from London we think. And today's view on the right. There was more traffic on Princes Street in 1934!!
