watering the lawn

Another lovely day, took the dogs a long walk then watered all the plants and lawns. Did some potting on of geraniums.

No 2 son, Mark, came this afternoon with Grace and Autumn, we sat in the front garden at a safe distance the girls were almost shy at first as we haven't really seen them since mid February, except once on face time but I had bought them some bubble wands so they were happy playing with them, then I gave Grace her Birthday present, I had got her a how to draw Unicorns book by Sharon Hurst an artist who loves drawing mythical creatures, and a couple of sketch pads to use when practising. she was very happy with them as she loves drawing.

We were catching up and gabbing so much I forgot to take their photo's. It was nice though to chat. He said they were so busy at work, Amazon, it was like the Christmas period absolutely crazy the amount of orders they are dealing with. Autumn goes back to school on the 15th of June as she is year 1, year 6 go back the following week, but nothing yet for Grace, they will be breaking up for the summer hols by the time that happens. The school seems to have things well under control and send them lessons every day via the internet so they are having education at home, and it's working well.
