Raisin bread

Gratitude Project Day 151.

Today I am grateful for being able to sit in the sun on our new veranda, with Michael, drinking tea, listening to the cat purr and watching the guinea fowl poke around outside the fence. It is is quiet on our farm and these are the moments where we get to appreciate it.

I baked raisin bread today using the discarded sourdough starter after I fed what I needed for tomorrow’s bread. It was delicious! Light and tasty.
