Marsh Marigold

A huge patch in the area the horses are in. Along with a green veined white butterfly I think.

Awoke with a pretty bad headache. Managed a wee dog walk and a gentle yoga practice from headaches along with some painkillers with breakfast and rest and it's eased a bit which is good. Because I did a shorter walk we set up the freework on the lawn for the dogs. Photo in extra. They are suitably more relaxed and content now.
