A bike themed day as there was a longish hilly ride in the morning, followed by fettling a vintage bike in the afternoon, then dealing with first born's various bike accessories related queries.
I realised I was stumped for a blip, but an evening walk provided the main plus extra (flies again for supper, kids.)
