Possibly

This rose has flowered every year since we moved into this house 26 years ago. I think it is possibly my favourite rose ever. It smells completely wonderful and honestly the buds are to die for. (Any rose buffs out there who might know who at its called? I would love to know
Once the builders disappeared at lunchtime the rest of our day was spent enjoying a glorious day. We should have been At a wedding today but sadly due them both working for the NHS (she is an ICU nurse and he a young doctor in A&E) the wedding has had to be postponed. We raised a glass to them on zoom with my daughter who was to be chief bridesmaid for them ... we will wait to get together hopefully next year .. pray things will be safer by then.
