Lady Washington

It has rained all day, the kind of heavy rain that started out with booming thunder and bolts of lightening across the sky.  We have been inside waiting for a break and I was wondering what I could possibly use for a blip. I looked out the window grabbed the camera and stepped out on the deck for a few shots, came in and dried off.  Blip done.
