I can see right up your nose

I have to go for a check up at the hospital tomorrow. The consequence of this has been that I've had to have a Covid test and self isolate for 7 days to make sure I don't infect the NHS with any viruses Two check ups in one I suppose, I can't say they aren't looking after me ;-). 
Having now experienced the professional swabbing of a nostril I have doubts as to the effectiveness of home swabbing tests. I would find it very difficult to shove a swab up my nostril as far as is necessary to take a proper sample. Truly eye watering! 
Hopefully tomorrow I shall be able to get down to the river for a stroll. MrsW's crafting of our garden hasn't left me short for inspiration but I have missed the river banks.
