Elderflowers

I picked elderflowers for jelly on todays walk. Last year I added a mango, thinking about adding rhubarb this year - or any other ideas? 

Uncertain about syrup making, too - but need to decide and pick them soon, as the flowers will only be here a few more days.

Didn't get enough for both jelly and syrup because it was - again - so windy. Wind keeps me from taking the bicycle and with the smaller radius I couldn't find as many flowers as needed.
