Empty nest

Sandy got up at 4 am to take Natasha to the airport as she was flying back to Scotland to see friends and clear her flat and Louise informed us late morning that she was going to stay with friends in Carpentras so we find ourselves enpty-nesters again. A strange feeling after ten weeks as a family again.
Some gardening at the allotment where I picked this nice bunch of semi-wild flowers and an afternoon of small DIY jobs and some work.
