Dropping like flies

My birthday tulips were shedding their petals. Like me I think the heat was a bit much for them. Can't complain though would be harder getting through this with bad weather.
Went an early walk today before too warm. Think everyone had the same idea . People being sensible though about crossing the toad and distance. Enjoyed a bit of time in the garden and at last almost finished my book. It's been great but a slow read.
