Seriously...?

I know people have been working from home for a long time now and they may be getting very bored, but the 1st of June is way too early to be putting up Xmas decorations.  it's bad enough that the supermarkets start in September.

I saw this painted post on the way back from the bakery this morning.*  There's no way I would have missed this for 5 years, so I'm assuming that it is new.

Another thing learned today is that if you go to the bakery on a Public Holiday, make sure you go early.  Get there at 9 as I did, and the choice is down to a couple of rolls or an overbaked baguette (50% off because it was a "little dark").  There were however lots of cakes.

I bought rolls, because you don't toast strawberry cheesecake.

*Yay for me, I got out of the house for longer than 5 minutes.
