Don't worry bee happy

Walking through the nature walk today and found this Bee having a rest on the bridge it's legs are covered in pollen.

It looks like a Hairy Footed Bumblebee but honestly I am not sure tried looking it up and this is the closest one I could see.
It might not even be a bee
Does anyone have any ideas if it is or not ??????.
