The size of Lego minifigures

The one on the left is a cowboy from the sheriff's lockup set- I took his hat off to show his height better. The girl minifigure is Andrea from the Lego Friends range and as you can see she is a bit taller. Bigger still is the Jack Stone from a police patrol car set. I don't think they make Lego figures this size any more. Much bigger than these 3 are the figures from the tecnic sets that have articulated joints.
